Lymph node pain

I just went in for a transvaginal ultrasound, I have pcos and they needed to do one cuz I've been having irregular bleeding and pain.  Anyway a relly odd thing happened and I have no idea why so I thought that I'd just put it out there and see what you guys think.  As soon as she started pressing with the ultrasound thing up into my ovaries and cervix ect.. my lymph nodes or glands under my armpit and in my neckk started hurting.  I have problems with them hurting alot anyway but wasn't sure why that would have triggered anything.  Any ideas?

I'm learning a lot about the body and how it works right now. I've learned is that the lymph system is directly related with our adrenal glands.  It could just be that the procedure sort of made your adrenals go, "whoa, what the heck is that thing poking around in there?!"  You might have been a bit anxious during the procedure, and the adrenals would send out a signal to the lymph nodes to "get fired up".  The body is on alert, prepare to fight!! 

Did the pain go away the same day?
