((((((((((( Dawn ))))))))) If you can, fill a tub with nice hot water. If you have some epsom salts or essential oil, or both . . . add them. Spend at least 20 minutes submerged in the water. Take a nap under an electric heating blanket, if you have one. And sleep under the warm blanket at night. Yes . . . call your rheumy, your doctor, anyone who will return your call. One thing that might help, if you can safely use it, is TheraFlu . . or the generic for TheraFlu. I like the night-time one best. If I am super achy, I'll take it just before bed. Be careful, though, that you only use this on occasion and make sure it doesn't interact with any blood pressure or heart meds etc. I hope the doctor can give you some help. You must be heading into a flare. If you have been prescribed prednisone and you are allowed to adjust your dose, you might want to ask the doc if you can up your pred to see if that will help. Keep us posted!! Sending you a nice hot cup of tea sis!! Blessings!
