Lupus & Hydronephrosis

I have a question though.  Has anyone out there  with Lupus also have hydronephrosis.  This is where the flow of urine is obstructed and the urine backs up in the kidney and causes it to balloon out.  A family dr. friend said that Lupus can cause adhesions to form in the soft tissue of the ureter and cause an obstruction.

There is not a treatment plan.  I've been to 5 urologist.  The last one said, "Yes, your renal collecting system is enlarged and wanted to repeat the IVP a year from the first one and compare.  If it gets any larger, we would have to do surgury."  We did the second IVP Sept. 5th, but I haven't heard back from the dr.  I've called three times as a reminder.  I have the film myself and it looks a little puffier than a year ago, but it took them 45 minutes to finally see dye in the ureter going all the way through to the bladder.  The right kidney still had a whole lot of residual dye after 45 minutes.  I wish I could post a picture of my retro pylegram.  Is there a way to do that?

I was just wondering if anyone else had ever had an obstruction in their ureter caused by Lupus. 

What kind of trouble do you have with your kidney?  And how long have you had Lupus?
