Been away a long time

Hi everyone,
I am still on the go, just about. Been really sick of late, food is now pathologically bad for me to touch, eg, I find I never feel hungry and eating is a struggle as I dont feel like eating.
my mobility and streght go down all the time, changing car to a van soon to take two scooters for twin with PD and self with a chronic muscle wasting disorder.
the last few years have been utter hell I have to say and I am returning to my counsellor for help.
