That is very good news! I hope that the anemia isn't chronic. If it is, I would highly recommend getting a second opinion on the lupus diagnosis. Anemia is such a huge symptom for Lupus, and so is the anticoagulant factor (even if it's a slight positive). I just don't want you to be misdiagnosed.
Fibro and Lupus mimick each other tremendously. But Fibro won't show any positive blood work for Lupus, unless you have Lupus as well. It's very, very common for both to be diagnosed together. Just make sure your rheumy is not second guessing anything.
