Hi DQ, it could be something like a pulled muscle, or a rib out of place, or immune system going haywire. Hon, if I were ou I would contact your doctor. If you can, try to get a referral to a practicing DO (thats a chiropractor and MD all in one). Tell me someting, is the pain steady? Does it feel better if you happen to lay in a certain position? Does it seem to go away if you feel a pop (like your neck popping)? Try doing some stretches that stretch that side. Hold the position when you feel the pain relax, wait til you cant and slowly go back to normal position. Sometimes that will naturally reallign anything missplaced, my chiropractor taught me that a few years ago. Try doing it when you watch tv, that way you forget about it when you are staying in your stretching position.
