Hi Alli, I'm sorry you aren't doing well. Did you try heating pads or ice? I use corn bags that I nuke for 2 mins first. they seem to help some.
Yes you symptoms do sound very formiliar. Unfortunately lupus seems to do what ever it wants to do. The first flare I had the same aches and pains. My friend spent the nigh and said I was crying in my sleep. I went to the e.r. and my temp was about 104. So that part is different. Than my legs from my knees to toes swelled up like water balloons. Hopefully you can get in to your rhumy soon.
You mentioned foogy brain that is pretty common. You need to write down everything that happens to you and use a camera if you get a rash or swelling or anything unusual.
