Psoriasis anyone?

I haven't been around for a while. One of my little guys is getting his tonsils out Wed. and other one starts PT tomorrow, so I have put my health stuff on hold for a while. I came here after numerous symptoms and a highly positive ANA test, as well as a family history of RA and personal history of Raynauds. My rheumatologist wanted me to see a podiatrist about my foot pain and then come back to see him. Haven't been able to work that out yet with all the other stuff. Anyway, I think I have now developed psoriasis on my neck near my scalp. Red patches that itch, get very scaly and clear/silver looking, and peel off. (Sorry if that's gross.) It is really bad on one side and not as bad on the other. I go back to my dermatologist in September for a skin check, so I am going to have her look at it then. I have had this for at least 4 months. DH has psoriasis, and when he looked at it yesterday, he said that's what he thought it was. As I was reading about it, I see it is an auto-immune disease as well. I was wondering if anyone here could let me know how it relates to other auto-immune diseases. Just when I think we are getting the puzzle pieces in place, another one pops up...
