I wanted to give a little good news! I started really seriously "changing my lifestyle" just 9 days ago! I totally cut out soft drinks, drink only water and eat just under 1000 calories a day. So, I went to the cardiologist today and they weighed me. (I made them weigh me 3 times, because I didn't believe it!) In 9 days i've lost 23.5 pounds!!! I know it sounds crazy. The doc said when you have alot to lose ( I definitely do!) it comes off faster. Of course, alot of that was water from decreasing my sodium drastically. Anyway, i'm psyched! I'm really excited! I appreciate your advice and encouragement! Please pray that I can continue to lose!!!!
