Burning up inside, is this part of the disease? MCTD?

Hope you are all well as can be. I don't know what this new problem is.

I get spells when I'm really sick to my stomach, I don't remember if they coincide with sun exposure, I don't think so but can't say for sue. It feels like my deep tissues are hot and burning. My skin may or maynot be hot to the touch. My whole body feels like its burning, sometimes my forehead will feel hot but oral temp is low. Aspirin type fever stuff doesn't help. I just lay down and let it pass. Water may help.

I was wondering if this has to do wth MCTD because my mom has been dx with that and my arms are really hard now, my rheumie hasn't seem them yet and other problems. Its a horrible feeling but doesnt happen continously, just maybe for an hour or a few hours, then itgets better then it comes back. I thought it was from the spinal infection but they say I don't have one, nothing grew in the culture, that Ijust have some kind of extremely severe degenerative disease. Thats another reason Iwondered about MCTD, they blame my moms spine on it.
