My test showed I had a ANA Band of 1:160 and that I tested positive.
Also the test showed the SSA and SSB antibodies were observed with the highest frequency in Sjorgens syndrome and with in patients with SLE.
I had no idea what Sjorgen syndrome was but I looked up symptoms and I do have some. My eyes are very very dry all the time, I actually have to sometimes open my eyes myself by using my fingers because they are so dry they cannot open on their own. Also sometimes when I drink a lot I’m still thirsty and I have very dry skin. I always contributed this to allergies and eczema. When I had all this testing done my DR never mentioned anything about Sjorgen syndrome.
I guess it is time to make an appt with another doctor I am still scared though. Thanks everyone who replied to or read my first post
