I know none of you can diagnose me but I am just a little confused about my bloodwork and what everything means. I read the reference post about bloodwork but am still uneasy.
I am a 25 year old female. My mother, uncle, aunt, and cousin all have Lupus. I went to the doctor because I had a stomach infection and he did blood work. While I was there I was telling him how I have been very tired lately, staying sick with sinus infections and how my feet, ankles, fingers, knees, and hands hurt really bad when I wake up in the mornings. This has been going on for about a year. My hands are also very swollen and sore in the mornings adn it is hard to straighten my legs. If I do a lot of manual work one day, I will ache so bad for a few days later...For example, I did "spring cleaning" of my house (or fall cleaning, rather lol) and re-arranged furniture, moved boxes, swepped and scrubbed really hard on Sunday. Well, by the time I went to bed that night, I was in so much pain. my entire body ached so bad, my skin was really hot, like I had a sunburn, my fingers, wrists, feet and knees have been killing me ever since. I mean, it wore me out!
It is like that every time I do anything other than rest! I told the doctor all this. He called yesterday and said my ANA came back positive and considering my family history and my symptoms he believed I have lupus and referred me to a rheumatologist.
The ANA came back positive but the Rheumatoid factor was low, and the titer was low. Can anyone help me understand my bloodwork? I am reading it as though I do not have an auto immune disease because my numbers are so low, even though it came back positive??? I know you cannot diagnose me...
Blood results as follows: (my results are in red)
