Hope all are well. I hope that someone can tell me how I stop getting so many post on my e-mail? thanks Pugpuppy

anytime you post or reply to any post look at the bottom of your post it says options. one of the option is
Notify me of reply postings by e-mail if you have a checkmark by it you will continue to get emails. you shouldn't have to click it everytime. just once and it will stop you from getting emails unless you click on notify me by email again. It's the same as added your meds or your signature you only have to click it once.
