Hiya, all.
I understand and feel the pain and swelling in the wrists and ankels (elbows...). What I am curious about is in my knees. While I do have pain and swelling throughout the joint in my knee, etc., the greatest source of pain for me is behind the knee, where all the nerves and tendons and such go through.
They hurt/ache constantly like an ice cream freeze headache, and feel as though the pain just simply can't be touched -- meaning, it feels like I have to message it (which I know you're not Supposed to do b/c of the nerves) to make it feel better, but that HURTS and it doesn't touch or help the pain and no amount of stretching seems to do the trick.
Does anyone else experience this symptom? If so, would you mind shedding some light on what's going on physically and what you suggest to ease the pain? I would be most grateful! By the way, when the pain is really hieghtened, my restless leg syndrome is also off the charts. Does that sound familiar, too? Please advise here in Cleveland, Ohio Blessings, Ebteb
