My hubby is on Imuran for Lupus and warfarin because he has blood clots..He complains all the time he is dizzy and the room is spinning and he feels nauseous etc..The other morning he went to the grocery store with the kids and nearly passed out in one of the aisles..
I was so mad cause.... #1.. he scared the kids and my 10 yr old boy started to cry..my 8 yr old daughter was scared too but she is stronger than my son...What if he would have passed out...They wouldn't know what to do... 
I am scared he is going to black out at the wheel with my kids in the truck and/or himself although it never has gotten that bad..
My question is this...
For those of you who have these similiar side effects...what can you do to cope with them? and is there other auto immune drugs out there besides Imuran that will deal with the Lupus but eliminate the dizziness..He gets so upset and angry..It is like living with a Bear 24/7...
