My doctor a reumatologist, has dx me with Lupus, fibromyalgia and RA. I have stiff and painful hands all day. I get periods of weakness and become very tired at times like I have just ran a marithon! I have the butterfly rash (kind of) but I do have a skin condition called Vetilgo (Michael Jackson skin disease) I get very shaky and my hands become weak and its hard to grip things.
Lupus has many symptoms and only a Dr. can diagnose it properly. Even Doctors make mistakes in making a correct diagnoses.
You will need a very extensive exam to find out if you have Lupus. you won't find out on here if you have it, you will only know when a doctor finishes the tests and confirms what you have. even after all the tests, there can still be a question on the type of Lupus and other problems that can acompany Lupus. 
I take methotrexate 15mg weekly.. 7.5mg on sat. and 7.5 on sunday morning. I've been on it for about a month now and the side effects are tough but I believe it is helping me. I also take Norco 10mg 3 times a day for pain and it helps too. I can't take (no one should) 
take any NSAIDS aspirin, ibuprofen, motrin ect... when taking methotrexate. I also take folic acid 1600 mcg. a day. I also take prilosec for my stomach.
