Scalp Bleeding

I was wondering if anyone has ever had scalp bleeding with no obvious sores and the scalp does not itch. This has been going on for a few weeks and there are more and more spots that just start to bleed for no reason. Please help. Thanks!

I've had this... Go to your doctor and tell them and they should prescribe you ''2% Nizoral/Dandrazol Shampoo'' you use it twice a week until it clears then continue to use once a week. You can wash your hair as normal just twice a week use ONLY this. Hope all goes well!
