have any of yall had terrible vomiting with a flare?

I have had lupus for over 10 years and never once have i been so darn sick. My lymph nodes are massive, i have a flippin fever and uti and to add to all of it for almost 24 hours iv been throwing up. no one around me has a stomach bug or anything

It could be the UTI causing the nausea. I once had a UTI so bad I was throwing up from it.
I'd see a doctor ASAP if I was you.

Hope you are feeling better by now. And I agree with Joy, please see a doctor as soon as possible.
