Hi!
Before I was diagnosed, I tried exercising. In part, to address my teenage daughter's conviction that if I just got off the couch and got some exercise, I'd feel way better. Didn't work. I've learned the hard way that I have to budget what little energy I get. On a rare day, when I actually felt better and rested, usually after an emergency course of prednisone, aka my miracle cure, I would try to do all the chores that I hadn't done in the past 6 months. I would accomplish until I almost passed out in the shower. And then end up immobile with joint pain and dizziness for a week. And funnily enough, the dust resettled, the floor crumbed up, and dust bunnies would attack my slippers again. So please take care to listen to your need for rest, and remember that even fun activities take energy.
hugs,
