Panic attacks

Does anyone have panic issues? I was feeling ok (ish) and went to do the weekly shopping. (Im not hungry but my family is.) The entire time I am in the market I am in a state of anxiety. I was fighting back the tears because I felt so out of control. I tried to think of other things and say calming things to myself but until I got in the car I was a mess! I am on a SSRI and have a PRN for anxiety (I took 1/2 a pill in the house hold isle.) I am also on Verapamil for BP and Hydroxychloroquine. Before I had this last flare, I was calm and not jumpy at all - NOW i can barley function.

Healthy I traveled the world by myself!

Any suggestions to cope?

I was just reading an interesting book about a women who had panic attack and vertigo as her primary Lupus issues. It is nice to not be the only one. I do miss my old self but I think I can move toward recovery with help of God, family and friends.
