It's back again!

Wahhhhhh!

I was just beginning to feel better with only two capsules of macrobid left to take and it struck again with a vengence! Another UTI!!!!!!

I started feeling bad again on Sunday so I went to the urgent care for some help. Usually the orange pee pills help within five hours. Not this time!

I've spent the last two days (and nights) running back and forth to the bathroom. Sometimes I'd dribble, sometimes nothing happens. What's so odd is last night I started peeing on myself some with no warning.

The pain is less today, but I've still got pressure and burning at times.

I guess it's time to find a good uriologist.

I figured out I was passing a kidney stone. Such fun.....

I've been doing some research and found out that lupus can cause bladder and kidney problems. So I guess it's another bump in the lupus road.

I'm still running to the bathroom a lot today, but I'm peeing more than I've been peeing. Maybe I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Kidney problems run rampade in my family: Brother- on dialysis, mother- stage 3 renal failure (doesn't make enough procrit), Aunt- stage 3 also, grandfather died of nephritis, niece-kidney infections.
I understand Lupus likes to attack the weakest areas of the body.
