ANA Patterns

Hi there, so I have a doc appt tomorrow to go over my newest ANA Test. The last one was 1:160 3 months ago and it is still 1:160. i know so little about all this. The only new thing I see on the lab work was 3 months ago the patten was homogeneous and speckled and now it is only speckled. Does anyone know what this means. I have not being diagnosed with anything yet. But I have "bouts" of feeling ill, extremely exhausted, depressed and just plan awful. I am 53. then I will have awhile that I feel ok. My main complaint is that I have joint pain. This never goes away, started in one shoulder now it is in the other and in my elbows, thumb, back and legs. i cant even tie up my bathing suit anymore on my back becuase my shoulders hurt so bad, The last time I saw the doc when it was 1:160 and it patten of homogeneous and speckled he said I was fine. But I don't feel fine. I am only seeing a GP now. Can anyone tell me what the patten change means. I really am tired of feeling horrible so I'd like to have a bit of info for my doc appt tomorrow. You really need to see a rhuematologist.
