Hi I'm 18 and I was diagnosed with lupus in the 7th grade. Recently its been getting worst. For a while I felt fine and like a normal teenager. I only get to see my doctor at ai dupont a few times a year but I need answers. First I keep getting these weird red bumps in private places is this normal? Also about 2 weeks ago I started getting these throbbing pains in my abs. I thought it was the flu but its still here and it gets worst when I lie down. These pains have gotten worst and I now have blood in my stool. I am also anemic if this makes a difference. Please help..my mom is busy with my new baby nephew so I can't exactly talk to her about this

Hi and welcome to the forum. I think it is time for you to check in with your doctor. If you have a gynecologist then making an appointment with him/her might be the first step. If not, then a vist to your primary care physician or rheumatologist is probably your best bet. They will have a better idea if these new symptoms are lupus related or something else.
And I think your mom would want to know that you are feeling worsening symptoms (I would want to know if it were my daughter). That is, of course, your decision, but please do see a doctor!

Yeah the problem is my rhemutalogist won't see me until June and my doctor knows nothing about it. Also i've mentioned the pains to her but she's got her hands full at the moment, and I don't wanna add to the stress

It is absurd that your doctor knows nothing about the symptoms you have. Can you change to another primary care? Blood in stool and throbbing pain in abs are some symptoms that need urgent care. You should tell your mother and see what she can do.

Um, you need to call your rhuemy back and say you have blood in your stool. That is nothing to mess around with. Please call!!! And yes, your mom needs to know EVERYTHING that is going on, including the personal things you might not want to tell her.
