Hearing loss?

I have recently started taking Plaquenil, Imuran, and Aciphex (about a month and a half now). I haven't taken any medications for my Lupus, RA, Fibro, Celiacs, Raynaud's, etc, in roughly 4 years. I have previously been on Plaquenil and Prednisone.
I've had a feeling of fullness, ringing and loss of hearing in one ear, and now the other is starting to feel different. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I saw my family physician this week, and she prescribed a nasal spray. She said there's no blockages, or fluids in the ear that she could see. She figured that it was from a cold, even though I haven't had one in 3 months. I'm kind of worried that it could be the lupus or the Plaquenil. Any insight would be appreciated:)

Sometimes my ears get a feeling of heaviness and like I've lost some of my hearing, also itchy deep inside and sometimes dizziness. It all seems to go away once the flare has passed.

However, I *always* visit my GP & have them check for ear infections, sinus infections, whatever -- I know too many people who have had permanent hearing loss from not getting something treated immediately. I'd rather pay for excessive Dr visits than risk permanent hearing loss!!!!
