My face is burning and the skin is flaking

Please help!! This outbreak comes and goes but lasts sometimes for several weeks even a month sometimes. I get severe headaches extreme burning in my face, itchy scalp, my ears burn and flake also. But when it finally goes away it's like I have baby smooth skin. It is really had for me to shave ( catch 22 ) if I don't shave the hair irritates my face and if I do shave it makes this condition worse. Can anyone relate? and doe's anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make this less painful. I also run fevers and although I am a man I have really bad hot flashes ( Strange No )

I haven't been to the Dr. Yet but it I have most of the symtoms. And Joy that is the only soap that I can use. Thank you for your reply.
