My lab test came back 1:160 homogenous and speckled for ANA, my previous one was 1:80 about
a year ago, which they said was negative at the time. My primary symptoms include general acheyness, fatigue, brain fog, some joint pain especially in my neck which gets so bad that I get headaches. I also have fibromyalgia and raynauds. Can that pattern be a false positive? I have an appt with the rheumatoligist at the end of the month. Just want to be prepared. Last time I saw him he made me feel like I wasn't sick enough that I was wasting his time.
I am 40 years old and feel like I am stuck in the body of a 70 or 80 year old. Last time my grip strenths were normal, so he sent me for a sleep study. Hoping to get labs this time to find out some answers, need to vent if nothing more
