Lupus and other autoimmune diseases are not diagnosed solely by blood tests. What you have now is data pointing you to an area to investigate -- doesn't mean yet that an AI disease is involved, and if an AI disease does turn out to be occurring, that doesn't predict the course of the illness. They will check other blood factors (such as inflammation markers), and ask about a multitude of symptoms.
These diseases present differently in each individual, some may have mild involvement, some more severe, while some have symptoms that come & go for long or short periods of time. They just aren't predictable, so don't let yourself get too caught up in worry, you may need that energy for something else later!
Right now it's best to keep calm, not do too much online investigating, and let your rheumy do his/her job. There are several methods of treatment these days. I know I had random pains like that in my legs from about age 8-13, and they never did locate a precise cause.
Best wishes, and keep us posted!
