chemical free management of lupus??

Hi everyone. Just got diagnosed with Lupus last week. I was wondering if anyone out there was managing their Lupus symptoms without drugs. And what herbal supplements were working best for them?

I don't know if you can manage lupus drug free unless you have the very mild type.

Lupus is like the opposite of AIDS. You have too many antibodies in your body and it's going after healthy tissue. Thank goodness it's not contagious.
