two questions, please

two questions, please . . .

1. For those of you who have Raynaud's on your toes, have you experienced a thickening of your toe nails?
With my last, extended bout, mine have become quite thick.

2. Besides the Malar rash, does anyone also have a change in other facial pigmentation?
The lower, left side of my face looks like it's a light tan color (I have pale skin)--kind of spotty, yet solid as well. (great description, Jan) I also have a small, all-white patch on that jawline.
