Hi everyone

Sorry I have been so quiet lately. I think I'm just burnt out on the support front and need a bit of a break. Don't worry, I still read often and make sure we're all following the rules and being gentle with each other.

I ran off to a college reunion this past weekend - somehow forgot my meds (and my common sense) and am now having a bit of a flare. Haven't had this many fever blisters in quite a while!!! I should have known something was wacky when the hot tub felt really cold to me...I wish there was a way to have a new thermostat installed, my body could really use one.

Also I realized that my electric bill is WAY TOO HIGH to maintain the nice cool temps where I feel the best. Not sure yet what the solution is, I already have fans in most rooms.

Oh no, I'm sorry you forgot your medications and are now flaring (((hugs))). Take as much time as you need to get yourself feeling better. Most of us here know the rules and those who don't will be gently asked to read them or a Mod from another forum will drop by I'm sure. We're normally pretty good here though.

If I can do anything at all let me know okay. You have my email and phone numbers. Even tho I'm not feeling the best I'll do my best to stop by and answer any ?'s anyone may have. Don't worry about things here, it will be fine. Just worry about yourself and get feeling better.

Keep us (Me) posted on how you're doing. I'll give you a call on Friday to check on you. I hope that you're able to sleep tonight and can cool off.
