Swelling, bruising, bumps, and clicks. WITH PICTURES!

Still in the process of getting a diagnosis (seeing a new rheumy soon), but 2 out of 3 doctors have said lupus.

In the meantime, I wanted to share a few weird things that have happened recently.

The Big Foot from Outer Space
This has only happened once, for two days in a row. Came out of nowhere, with little to no sun exposure beforehand. Not painful. No other symptoms. It looks like the foot of a morbidly obese women. I weigh under 100 pounds.

The Swollen Everything and the Phantom Clicks
This has happened several times over the course of the past 6 months, but never this bad. Started two days ago. Typical arthritis-like pain in my joints. Then severe aches in my back and left shoulder blade.

The joints in my fingers have BRUISED and are HUGE.

My ribcage seems to be swollen as well, and sometimes there is the weird CLICKING or POPPING sound coming from my sternum. Costochondritis? I feel like I've been hit by a car.

Has anyone else had anything like these things? Ideas as to causes? Lupus-related?

I woke up this morning with my left hand so swollen I couldn't bend my fingers.
After I took my lasik the swelling decrease a lot.
Do you take something for swelling related to fluid retention?

No, I hadn't taken anything. I was in another State for a work-related training when it happened. I had no car, either. I think I took a normal dose of an NSAID that I brought with me.
