Antiribosmal antibody

Hello,
I have a positive ribosomal p antibody test at 4.0. I have ulcerative colitis as well. I also have pain in my connective tissues in my legs after 2 injuries that will not heal. Chronic inflammation in my muscles that were injured 9 months ago. I am wondering if I may have some lupus as well? Can I have a antiribosomal antibody and not have lupus? Thank you in advance.

The anti-ribosmal antibody isn't something we hear much about. I would check the list of 11 symptoms www.lupus.org used to diagnose lupus and if you think there might be a fit schedule an appointment with a rheumotologist.
