flare ups and zyrtec

I found this: "Zyrtec contains an antihistamine. It is intended to provide temporarily relief from runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy nose or throat due to hay fever or other allergies affecting the upper respiratory system."

So I would guess Zyrtec would help relieve these kinds of symptoms -- which are not usually symptoms of a Lupus flare.

I would suggest you ask you doctor about the inner ear swelling and pain. You may have an infection.

I take zyrtec everyday for my allergies.
