Normally I do really good when it comes to staying out of the sun. If I do venture out into the sun light, I normally layer up and protect my skin. Buuuuut, today I did not. My son wanted so very dearly to go outside and I knew I had to take him out because I know he actually needs it. So I put him in his wagon and took him for a thirty minute walk. The only problem? I was wearing pants, however I was wearing a tank top with no sweater, no sun screen, nothing. Zip. Nada. I felt okay for a couple hours then boom! Horrible neck aches and awful, awful head pressure along with a headache. My question is, does this happen to other people who have SLE, or is it just me? I'm trying to decipher if this is a headache caused by the sun exposure, or from something else entirely? Because it is unbearable!
