cause of these symptoms?

Hello,
it is last 2 weeks I have the following symptoms:
1- pressure in ears
2-ringing ears
3-pain in face muscles
4-irritated eyes
5-dizziness
6-sometimes (3-4 times per day) random redness and itch of some parts on legs, arms. This vanishes after 1-2 minutes.

what could be the cause of these symptoms?
I will be happy for any feedback.

i do not know what i have and that was the reason why i posted my symptoms.
