Burning pain?

I have daily pain in the upper part of my arms, neck and shoulders ,is like pain and burning .
Also I have sciatica from the wait dawn.
Does any one can help me.

Have you seen a back doctor? I have pain like that, but it's due to degenerative disk disease. I suggest seeing someone as soon as possible.
Try heat on your back to relax the muscles.
