It does sound like you have some auto-immune symptoms going on. We are notoriously sun-sensitive as well as heat-sensitive. Take care to avoid direct sunlight as well as guard against florescent lights -- yes, even inside lights can trigger our symptoms.
Since you didn't say, I assume neither your dermo nor your rheumy wanted you to change any behavior or start any medications?
Check out the list of Lupus symptoms, there are 11 of them and generally diagnosis depends on having at least 4 symptoms...which you do seem to have.
