Yes, all of those (except garlic), are mentioned in "The Lupus Book", by Dr Daniel Wallace... otherwise referred to as The Lupus Bible since it is still the definitive text on all thing lupus.

I know for a fact that everything they mention (again except garlic) does negatively affect me!

Thanks Joy. Odd that they mention 2 specific antibiotics bactrim and spectra but no mention of penicillin. There are rumors that melatonin can be both good and bad for lupus.

I love me some cayenne pepper. I craved it before the DX and I believe it was helping me feel better at least for short time periods. The garlic however.... *sigh* that's a toughy.

They absolutely should add stress to the list of things to avoid.
