Heat exhaustion tonight

I was in sun for long today ,had sun and heat together .

Now feel extremely sick!

I was not like this few years earlier.

Felt dizzy and zoned out.
Was scary.

My body hates light and heat and too much cold.

I can't stand in freezer section of grocery store .

I hope to recover in a day or two.
