Just jumping in with some knowledge on B-12...
People with autoimmune disease can, and oftentimes do, have absorption problems. If you take OTC B-12, make sure you take it sublingual (dissolves under the tongue), instead of in swallowed pill form.
I just informed my mom of this, as she is B-12 deficient; however, her doctors have never told her to take it sublingually. Some of the simplist things go by the wayside by these doctors!
