Rheumatologist Recommendation in Saginaw, MI?

I lived all over Michigan and unfortunately received treatment for my hep C there and it was really hard to find a good doctor. My uncle, a graduate of U of M in dentistry, took my aunt there for a hurt ankle. They claimed the xrays and cat scan were all normal and nothing was wrong and her pain was in her head. He took her to the hospital in Toledo, OH and they confirmed that her ankle was completely shattered and had to be rebroken by that time and pins and all put in and it was awful. My uncle was ready to sue his alma mater after that. U of M was totally inaccurate in diagnosing and treating my back problems. Medical College of OHio in Toledo is very good, though far from you, at diagnosis and treatment. I should have commuted from Michigan for my hep tx because my doc for that in Lansing was awful. For the most part, I've found that women, especial women with chronic illnesses seem to get worse care at larger medical centers in any state. They seem to just look at what you probably have wrong, give you pills with no testing. I hope you can find a good rheumatologist who can listen to you. Of course, once you get diagnosed and are on steady tx, then even the bad docs usually come around. I think Saginaw is pretty far from Toledo or even Southfield, but I wouldn't rule out a drive if you have to just in the beginning, it may be worth it.
