I was wondering if I was in a flare now I know

It started last night, first with toes hurting and wanting to curl on left now pains on and off all day. Even the babies that I watched were to heavy to lift and they weigh almost nothing. I had to take to flexerails last night just to have something to knock me out. They are only 10 mg a peice.

Tonight I took a 500 mg of Loritab and very little releif. I wish I could take tomorrow off but know I can't. I now know why last week all I wanted to do was sleep.

Take care all. I know my test came back neg. for Lupus and RA but what the heck is all this pain from if not from one of them. I've also started coughing on and off  about an hour ago and it's not letting up as of yet. My hips are aching and my it worst on my upper back and legs.

Tomorrow will be a better day. I won't be able to rest all day until Sat. I also have a child on Sunday.

So sorry you are feeling so poorly. I hope you are able to talk to the doctor's office about this. Babies are a big job even when we feel well . . . I'm sorry you need to work while you are feeling so poorly.

What you really need is repeated anti-inflammatory meds. If you are approved to take tylenol, aleeve, or ibuprofen, they are all available over the counter and can really help if you take them round the clock. Do check with your doctor first and also find out what dose and if there is something that may help more.

There really is no single test for lupus. It is a combination of criterea which can take years for a doctor to document. Of 11 criteria, we need 4. See the link at the end of my signature for more info.

Thank you all for the kind words and yes it is hard taking care of them while not feeling well but the parents depend on me so I do what I can. When they nap though I lay down with them just to rest.

Rosie I can take all but aleeve it doesn't settle on my stomach well.
