Hi Alicia!
Firstly, I am sorry to hear this. I think I can relate well-- I am an 18 year old college student. I have yet to be diagnosed ( i think i have it but my ANA came back negative 4 years ago...we'll see) The fatigue is terrible isn't it? I was a straight A student in high school and now I can't stay awake. What helps me is exercising, even the littlest bit.
And about the fever-- definitely get that checked out. My father has lupus and when this happens to him he first is told to drink lots of fluids. Gatorade is stocked in my house. But often, by the time he actually gets to the doctor (he's stubborn and likes to believe he can handle anything) it's too late for over the counter to help to any significant degree. They usually just give him like an antibiotic I think. But the fluids help, just like with a cold. But see a doctor!! (I have the same insurance issue. it sucks)
good luck to you
