The key to detoxing successfully is to do it consistently and really stick with it, otherwise I don't think anyone sees an benefit at all. I certainly didn't.
If your elimination systems are pretty heavily blocked then it's going to take a lot of work on your part to get them open, and start getting those neurotoxins out. That means that for a while it's entirely possible you might not see any improvements at all.
Here's the detox activities that I have personally seen work for me.
sauna, daily
water, at least a 1/2 to 3/4 gallon, daily
chlorella at 2 to 4 grams on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals, twice daily
cilantro, whole fresh bunch at beginning of last meal of day, daily
garlic at 3 to 5 grams, freeze-dried only, daily
exercise, (vigorous walk 30 to 60 minutes), daily
Now you might follow this program for 2 weeks or more and see little or no improvement, but you must stick with it. Right now you've got a rush hour traffic jam in your elimination systems. Just like with rush hour traffic, it takes a while for things to start really moving again even after the wrecks are removed and all the heavy volume clears out.
