does anyone follow his diet guidelines? according to what i read, cheese is ok... ive had some the past few days and dont see any negative effects--also, has anyone tried gluten free pasta / is this ok to eat?

I don't follow much of it. Just general guidelines. Citrus should be allowed. We need fresh vitamin C. Not pills.

Seems like his diet assumes some co-infections everyone may not have. For some Lymies I'm sure his diet is right on, but overly strict for others. Then again it's not an individualized treatment plan, but just general guidelines.

I don't eat too much pasta anymore but occassionaly have brown rice pasta made by Tinkyada. Just tried the organic brown rice spaghetti tonight and it was good.
