Well i can say that i relate to this feeling you describe. about 3 years ago it started out with this strange feeling of weakness to the point of having to lay down, and shaking if i didn't get something to eat(normal food or sweets). And yes, i craved chocolate and sweets more than normal. I know this exact feeling you speak of. This feeling lasted for about the first year or two of treatment and then finally resolved. I have not felt this feeling you describe in a long time now. I also had very mild stomach pain and also pain in the gall bladder area of the liver way back in the early stages. I don't blame you for having the tests run but don't get worried, they almost always come back normal. I wouldn't be surprised if you don't have gall bladder pain also, not saying that this pain is the cause but usually goes hand in hand with this perticular infection(whether it be lyme or one of the co-infections).
Hopefully i can save you some time and tell you that all my tests always came back normal. The symptoms added up through the months following but the tests always came back normal. Gall bladder/Liver kidney function: OK. EKG: OK. Thyroid: OK. Diabetes testing: OK. Cholesterol: OK
