do you think I have lymes??

I'm interested to hear if others that suffer with lymes disease think I may have it.  I am a 28 year old female who was healthy until about a month and a half ago.  Here are the problems I've been having:

headaches - feels like pressure in my head and sometimes stinging or burning feeling

light headedness

shortness of breath and chest pain (have been 2 ER twice b/c I thought I was having a heart attack - checked out fine both times)

flashing lights in vision

eyes "playing tricks" on me.  i see moving spots in my peripheral vision (looks like a bug moving across the floor)

tingling in my arms, legs and sometimes back and face

stiff/sore neck and back

occasional muscle twitches

upset stomach (sometimes wakes me up and night, usually very sweaty)

I do not have all these symptoms all the time but I do always have something going on.  My latest diagnosis is migraines, but I truly do not think that is what it is.  My doctor also gave me antibiotics b/c she thought I may have a sinus infection.  The time I was on antibiotics is the only time I've felt any better.

I was tested for lymes over the summer b/c I was having carpal tunnel like wrist and elbow pain.  The test came back negative.  I do not know what type of test it was. 

Also - my father (who lived next door to me until 6 months ago) and my dog have both tested positive for lymes in the past few years.  Until 6 months ago I lived in the woods and I also have horses. 

I do not recall a bite or a rash.

I am fed up with not feeling well.  I am getting married in May and just want to be able to concentrate on wedding plans!!

Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated!!!

Maybe lyme. Sounds a lot like bartonella too. Another tick illness but also contracted from fleas and probably mosquitoes too. The bad thing about these illnesses is that the tests are horrible and an uneducated doctor that just goes by test results can really screw you over. So I would suggest look for a llmd. Most, not all, go after all coinfections whether your tests are positive or not. They'll know by symptoms. The # 1 thing: you have to find a smart doctor. And they are far and few between.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to see my doctor again tomorrow. I'm going to take her my sheet that has all the possible lyme symptoms with the ones I have highlighted.

There is a docor near me that is an ILADS member. Would that be a good person to see?
