Finally found an endocrinologist willing to work with me and eager to help figure things out!
I learned by watching Mystery Diagnosis, that there were practitioners such as 'Metabolic Endocrinologists' and 'Metabolic Geneticists'. Made an appt with both of them. They have already read through my paperwork and know one another, have spoken and seem like they are looking forward to helping figure out the sugar issue.
I hope that I can figure out why hypoglycemia should be treated by glucophage, and if getting my sugar in check will reduce the twitching.
I had my first experience of full body twitching in the past few nights. Usually it's an arm or a leg or a foot or something. This time, the bottom half of my body goes one way, the other goes another. Crazy!
Anyone else have any updates on the twitching?
I am also doing NAET (allergy elimination treatment). I know that I twitch more when I use the plastic (oxygen tubing). Also if I keep my cellphone near me. So odd. So I think it is heightened sensitivity. Well, of course infection plus heightened sensitivity.
Hoping people are doing better with this .... please update
Thanks! Tracy
