Does everyone on the forum have this issue?
Worrying about
each and every symptom no matter how big or how small?
Is worry a symptom? No, wait don't answer that. Cause that would lead to more worry about
the worrying!!!

Anxiety is a symptom of Lyme and some of the coinfections, and anxiety is closely related to worry...
I don't have excessive anxiety anymore but I used to get panic attacks (triggered by Prednisone...) until I taught myself how to overcome them basically by allowing myself permission to feel the anxiety instead of trying to resist it.

Yes, I used to have the problem constantly! It varied from just simple uneasiness to all out panic attacks. It wasn't until the antibiotics kicked in fully that I finally leveled off and felt closer to normal.

Extreme anxiety, constant worrying and constant crying have been symptoms of mine for over a year and a half. I've been off/on abx treatment and am now on Mepron, zithromax, Plaquenil along with zhang protocol. I take doxepin at night. Basically, I feel worse today than when I started treatment which makes me wonder "why bother" and whether lyme is what is going on with me. I saw an endrocronologist yesterday who will work with me on the adrenals/hormones/thyroid in yet another attempt to help my body heal. I do believe this along with building the immune system is the answer for this and many other diseases. I just haven't had any success yet and wonder every day how much more I can handle. When your immune system is compromised as it is with any disease and you are knocking it down further with antibiotics, how are you ever able to build it up? As I approach more testing (some I do at home) only to wait another month for results, I don't know if I have it in me. The worst is the effect this has had on my family. I cannot stand it.

bartonella is a biggie for producing anxiety and worry. It is one of the firs things the LLMD asked me.
Also, if you have bart and are not treating it succesfully, your lyme treatment is useless. I can become obsessive with worry and it does not have to be about
being sick although that is one of my favorite topics. What helps is to refocus. It is like changing the channel when something upsetting is on TV. Read a book, plan your garden, study something other than lyme treatments! . . . .

Worrying is definitely a symptom of mine. I am not a crier and that is all I seem to do at times. I worry that every new system I have is MS not Lyme.

my thinking is that if it's MS, which I worry about
too, is that the only silver lining then is at least a little ahem, R-E-S-P-E-C-T! By the docs and others...
Find out what it means to me. R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
Love that hat she wore to the inauguration, don't you!
Sorry, I digress.
hope you are at least laughing (a little)!
