i have EXACTLY what you describe. my head pressure is out of control, and it gets a lot worse when i take deep breaths. i also find that my jaw is severely clenched when i have the pressure. but i am sure the pressure causes the clenched jaw and not vice versa.
i also hear a whooshing in my ears when i have the pressure.
the weird thing for me is that the head pressure is really only significant in certain weather conditions. i was completely unable to live on the east coast because of the combo of humidity and low barometric pressure before rain. i moved to CA, and the head pressure is WAY better. but in the winter here in no cal, it rains and gets overcast and a little humid, and the head pressure comes roaring back.
do you find any correlation to the weather patterns? i have no explanation for it at all. it's horrible. i haven't tried any medication for it, as doctors have no idea what it even is, but i'm hoping that i can find something to help. the head pressure will last for days for me, and i'm completely debilitated by it. fortunately, it's sunny and dry, so i'm feeling head-pressure free these days! but i live in constant fear of the winter!
